I still have wisdom!

That is right, I still have wisdom in my youth. Apparently now that I have just hit puberty(ha ha) I got my wisdom teeth removed, well one of them any way! So the story goes like this....... last week I felt this little annoying discomfort behind my last tooth on the left upper side when I flossed or brushed my teeth. Didn't think much of it until later when it was a little more bothersome. I told Bryan, "I think I have a tooth growing in the back of my mouth". To which he LAUGHED! I asked him to look and see. Oh was that a sight, if anyone saw I bet they would have died laughing. In the end he could not see a thing. I was not worried about it, I mean it didn't hurt when I ate and only on occasion when I was brushing. So on with my life I went until last Friday it started to hurt more if I ate on that side. By Sunday it was bothering me regardless of whether I was eating. It was even hurting to open my mouth. Monday morning I called the dentist, who just so happens to be one of our great friends and our neighbor, they were able to get me in today-Tuesday! Perfect! I was starving all day Monday because it was so hard for me to open my mouth or to chew. You all know me I love to eat so the sooner the better. Now I am not going to lie, I was nervous, really nervous! Not exactly sure why, but I was. I got to my appointment, with lortab in tow just in case, got the x-rays done and we were ready to go, but not before I said a little prayer. I am not kidding when I say my hands were shaking. Again why I was so nervous is beyond me. Jeremy, I mean Dr. Ludlow numbed me and then said, "OK this part is going to make you want to punch me. I have to numb the inside as well". OK I thought and I prepared to restrain myself......NOTHING!!! I felt nothing. If that was supposed to be the worst part then WOW. So I sat there for about 5 minutes while I got fully numb. Then Jeremy came back in and the tooth was out in like 5 minutes. SERIOUSLY! I was freaking out over nothing. I felt no pain what so ever. That was literally one of the easiest things ever. I was home in 45 minutes. Dr. Ludlow you are the best! So even though one of my wisdom teeth is out, I am still wise. I mean look at the good friends I choose to have! Look at my wise choice in my Awesome Dentist!

Wow! Did you even know he was going to pull it? Was the tooth in all the way? Mine started coming in recently also, weird! Since I am over 40! I don't like going to the dentist, I need valium when I go! I'd rather have a pap smear!!
